Shipping and delivery

LYH processes orders from the Netherlands. You can order for destinations for which checkout offers a shipping method. Availability depends on the delivery country and the products in your order.

Destinations

Our webshop is currently open to customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and the United Kingdom. Enter your full delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping method.

Belgium	€4.99 per order; free from €99.99.
Germany	€4.99 per order; free from €99.99.
France	€4.99 per order; free from €99.99.
United Kingdom	€4.99 per order; free from €99.99.

Other countries, including Greece: these are not currently active sales markets. Contact support@lyh.app before ordering to discuss the options.

Shipping costs and free shipping

Netherlands: regular orders ship free, with no minimum order value.

For regular consumer orders to Belgium, Germany, France and the United Kingdom, shipping costs €4.99 per order, including VAT. Shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal reaches €99.99, including VAT and after discounts. Shipping charges do not count towards this threshold. Free gifts do not increase the qualifying order value. When cushions and creative products are combined in the same order, shipping is charged only once.

For larger business quantities or pallet deliveries, request a quote at sales@lyh.app.

Delivery

In-stock cushions — Netherlands: expected delivery is 1–2 working days. Shipping within the Netherlands is free, with no minimum order value.

For questions about delivery times before purchasing, contact support@lyh.app and specify the product and destination country. We deliver within 30 days at the latest, unless a different period has been agreed in advance. We will inform you as soon as possible of any delay. Tracking information is sent with your order as soon as it becomes available.

LYH remains the seller and your point of contact, including when a fulfilment partner ships the order. The risk of loss or damage remains with LYH until you or a third party designated by you receives the order.
