Samples and product details
Samples, photos, specifications, availability, and final product details are shared directly when a buyer request is clear enough for practical review.
Quotations
Any quotation draft is prepared for review and may change after product selection, quantity, packaging, delivery terms, marketplace requirements, or VAT details are confirmed.
Orders and fulfilment
Order handling, fulfilment route, lead time, and delivery scope are confirmed before an order is accepted. LYH may work with Netherlands-based fulfilment partners.
Brand material use
LYH brand names, logos, product stories, images, and buyer materials may not be reused publicly without written permission from LYH.
